If you haven’t received your order, please contact our subscriptions manager, Katie, who will try her best to resolve your problem.

In the website header, in the top right hand corner, you will see a button labelled ‘login’. Click here to access your account.

As we transitioned our website to a new platform in 2022, any older subscribers will need to set up a new account when renewing their subscription. If you need any help setting up your new account, please contact Katie.

Book Group FAQs

Our book groups include a beautifully wrapped book sent straight to your door, alongside a bespoke zine featuring insights into our book recommendations. You can find more details on what kind of books you will receive here.

We offer both a monthly and a quarterly book group to allow our readers more flexibility and the option to join a regular book group at a lower price point.

Of course! If you’d like to upgrade, please contact Katie, who will provide you with an exclusive discount code.

If you sign up to our monthly subscription, you will receive your first book within that month.
If you sign up to our quarterly subscription, you will receive it in the first quarterly month following your order - these are March, June, September, and December. If you take out a quarterly subscription in mid February, for example, you will receive your first package in March.
Orders made up until the last date of the quarterly month will be sent that quarter’s book group pick. For example, if you subscribe on the 30th March, you will still receive March’s quarterly book.

Subscribers to both the monthly and quarterly book groups will receive their bespoke zine once every quarter, in March, June, September, and December.

Of course. When you log in to your account, you will be given the option to cancel your subscription.
If you have chosen to cancel your subscription because of something specific that you weren’t happy with, do let us know and we will always try to improve.
